Brentford railway station opened in 1860 on the Brentford Branch Line (the only line of the Great Western and Brentford Railway Company) which had opened in 1859 from to Brentford Dock.〔T. B. The station closed on 22 March 1915 as a wartime economy measure, re-opened on 12 April 1920 and closed permanently in 1942.The station was demolished in 1957. ==Notes==
